The Affirmations Art Show featured only artwork of Black women created by Black women Artists. I Am A Black Girl A series I started of and for Black Woman. I wanted to highlight the many beauties of a black woman; different skin tones, hair lengths and textures, and what makes us who we are. This series started as my submission for the Affirmations Art Show but is a series I definitely plan to continue.
